1. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to:

• Availability
• Final confirmation via email
• Agreement on pricing and experience details

2. Payments

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be communicated after availability confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only once agreed payment conditions are fulfilled.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation policies will be communicated during confirmation. SEEDOURO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Unforeseen operational issues

4. Liability

Guests participate in yacht experiences at their own risk. SEEDOURO is not liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

5. Guest Conduct

Guests must:

• Respect safety instructions
• Follow captain and crew guidance
• Avoid unsafe or illegal behavior

Failure to comply may result in termination of the experience without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images and branding — is the property of SEEDOURO and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction.
